First time I went for a massage, the therapist was really good and I really thought this will be a good place to get regular massage. Today I went there and they were busy. I said I’d call back to schedule but they called me back as I was walking home. I understand the need to generate business and to not lose a client but please next time just book the client/customer another time if you don’t have a therapist available.
