Heaven & Health is a lovely spa atmosphere. They are very welcoming, the space is lovely, and the massage is excellent! I go once a month and always feel great after leaving.
10/10 would recommend! Alice was amazing and they made the process super easy, relaxing and informative. Will be back

Full disclosure for perspective...I am writing this review from a family account labeled with my husband's name, but I am female. I have been coming to Heaven and Health since January 2026 for chronic pain due to car accidents (and the muscular stress that entails). I regularly see Nan (who is absolutely fabulous), but I have been treated by others (Katie and Naomi) who are also wonderful. Facility is spotless and very nicely decorated. Environment is serene and friendly. Experience is the best I've ever had with massage. Masseuse is skilled, appropriately communicative and shares very helpful health information. I WILL return despite having to drive into Delaware. Ample parking and easy access right off Rt. 52.
