I love heat praxia and the new location is a true upgrade in most regards. Great staff, pretty location. A little heads up to fellow tall people (I’m 6’ 5”) the new cold plunge pool is fairly shallow and is hard to use comfortably especially if anyone else is present. I also enjoyed having a private tub at times and found it to be far more peaceful not having to deal with the sound of other people entering / exiting the water. Still a wonderful experience and a 5/5 for the area!
I love this place! the facility is beautiful, state-of-the-art, and one of a kind. The staff there are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the practice of Sauna + Cold Plunge. Highly recommend to anyone local or anyone just popping by.
HeatPraxia in Coeur d’Alene was incredible. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The space was relaxing, the service was excellent, and it was a true 5-star experience.
