Had a great experience dropping in to use the private saunas. So good, I came back the next day. Was in town for a wedding and fortunate to pass by on a run. Cold plunge, saunas, and overall facility were great! Staff was super helpful setting me up too. Lakefront was a bonus.
I absolutely love the facility, it's beautiful, clean, and has become a really great part of my daily routine. The sauna and cold plunge setup is solid, I love the vibe.
I love heat praxia and the new location is a true upgrade in most regards. Great staff, pretty location. A little heads up to fellow tall people (I’m 6’ 5”) the new cold plunge pool is fairly shallow and is hard to use comfortably especially if anyone else is present. I also enjoyed having a private tub at times and found it to be far more peaceful not having to deal with the sound of other people entering / exiting the water. Still a wonderful experience and a 5/5 for the area!
I love this place! the facility is beautiful, state-of-the-art, and one of a kind. The staff there are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the practice of Sauna + Cold Plunge. Highly recommend to anyone local or anyone just popping by.
