The compassionate and trustworthy staff at Heaton Place have constructed a true seniors' community. The team perfectly balances independent and assisted living during a transitional period we all will experience. My parents have lived at Heaton Place for a year now. This is such a wonderful community. The staff is so caring and supportive and make the residents feel like family. The residents are also really supportive of each other and look out for one another. I worry so much less about them now that I know they are so well cared for. They are having the fun they deserve in this phase of their life.
Peace of mind. When using that term regarding a parent in care,…it sounds simple, easy. But consider. After my Dad passed away, Mom, in her mid 80’s, although living in a wonderful 40+ community, was desperately lonely. As family,…we had no peace of mind. We couldn’t start to compensate for our Mom’s losses, her absent friends. Children are not able to fill the gaps left by losing the people in your life who know who you are, who know your personal story, who knew you before you became a parent. Heaton Place has been a wonderful place for my parents to reside these last 2 years. I feel Heaton Place is not a place for residents to die, but to thrive! The facility is clean, warm and friendly with staff who are focused and welcoming. Thanks for all that you do - Heaton Place!
I cannot give more praise to the management and staff of this beautiful place. My mother-in-law resides there and they go far above and beyond their duties to make the people that live there feel like a part of a family and community. During the Covid Pandemic these wonderful people take all the necessary precautions to keep our loved ones safe, and provide the people that reside there with the love and care we can not provide at this time.
