We love our new fireplace. It works great. We only have one complaint. I’m not crazy about the lay of the logs. They don’t look like the ones in the store display and don’t look the way I expected. A little disappointing. Wow! The best customer service! After the above review a team came to our house and worked on our fireplace until I was more than satisfied.
