The staff have been amazing throughout this pandemic. I'm so deeply grateful that my relative was here with them.

My grandmother was staying at this nursing home back in 2017 Apparently she was moved to another home but they never sent any letters or even phoned to let us know After contacting them to find out where she had been moved to they lied and said another care home,so I rang the care home they suggested and they had never had her in there residence I called them back to find out what had happened and where they moved her to and after being very rude on the phone they hung up on me After trying to call them many times after they... read more

I can only review as a staff member, not a customer. I worked here from August 2014 to May 2016. I absolutely loved working in this home, and felt that Heathside was a wonderful home. My colleagues were professional, attentive and supportive to each other. I felt like I was part of a massive family. Unfortunately I left the organisation due to the management company at the time (Anchor), and their practice.
