Extremely dishonest, judgmental, rude, and will not take responsibility. She claims her dogs do not have fleas, however, when I picked up my dog she was covered with them (and I am not the only one who purchased a dog from her who said this). I pointed that out to her and she said it wasn't fleas. The place was filthy. If I wouldn't have already made a down payment, I would have walked away. Ruth is a con. I wouldn't deal with her. She conned my dad into a couple months worth of work plus all materials and stiffed him on the deal. Very dishonest
