Wouldn't give it a 1 was told I would get a telephone appointment at 6pm its now 6 48pm and I've heard nothing I've tried to ring them to find their voicemail says their closed and my nhs login says I've missed my appointment so I've recorded a video to show their lack of care
Absolutely Disgraceful Service I’ve been registered with Heathfield Family Centre for over three years, and honestly, I’m disgusted by how they treat their patients. Their service is beyond rubbish, and the staff are shockingly rude and unprofessional. Today was the last straw. I called to book an appointment because I urgently needed one. Absolutely terrible service, Mrs had an appointment for 4 pm, waited a whole hour to be seen, and I hear its common practice... Please abide to slot times as when patients happens to be late they are usually scrutinised etc To wait a whole hour is an absolute joke, moreso it didnt look busy even. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
