I went to Heather for a couple years off and on while in college. I've had my fair share of therapists and Heather is the real deal!! I can't recommend her enough. Her warmth and genuine empathy is almost tangible when you are in session. I was so sad to move away! I have struggled to find someone as effective as her. Even when I got different insurance I still went to her and paid out of pocket because of how much I valued her help. My anxiety and OCD was crippling me; Heather was so helpful. Thank you Heather!!
