Heather helped us a lot with our last minute first home purchase and she worked extra mile just to meet our deadline. Our initial mortgage broker had an emergency when we already signed the offer. He backed out and Heather was introduced by our agent. She was so easy to deal with and assisted us all throughout, worked double time to get the deal done with just one week left to meet our financial conditions. Highly recommended!

She got us a great mortgage rate and answered questions in language we could understand (repeating herself several times if necessary) with patience and respect.
