We have had a wonderful experience at this daycare. The director and assistant director (Kelli and Audrey) are both kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in the children. The teachers are caring and consistent, and we appreciate the communication and pics throughout the day through the app. Other teachers we see in the halls know our children’s names and say hello. My twin daughters started at Heather Park KinderCare when they were just 15 months old. As a first time mom, I was so nervous about sending them to daycare, but the amazing staff quickly eased all of my worries. My girls have thrived here. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at KinderCare Heather Park! The teachers and staff are incredibly warm, caring, and attentive. Our 3-year-old daughter absolutely loves her teachers and looks forward to going every day. I came across this letter just felt sad all over again what this races ass daycare did my son that was 2 yrs old at the time everyone was scared of a two year old I would not recommend this daycare to no one no matter how long it has been now he so a respectful young smart teenager
