As someone who manages a lot of tension in my back and neck I thought I would try something different for relief, and wow!! An interesting and powerful experience. During the session Heather's actions were very gentle and subtle, and I was doubtful at first that anything was really happening. Afterwards I felt a wave of dreamy relaxation for the rest of the afternoon. It felt like I practically floated out of her office!
After my first treatment with Heather yesterday, I was finally able to get a good night sleep and hear out of my clogged ear after over a week of a terribly painful TMJ flare up. With that kind of results after one session, I can only imagine the benefits of going on a regular basis! She also did some specific mouth work that relieved a lot of tension in my jaw. I would highly recommend working with Heather if you have any pain and are told "there is nothing you can do" by traditional western medicine!

Heather is deeply gifted and provided a profound experience. I didn’t know what to expect going with CranioSacral therapy and yet it still surpassed any expectation I could have had.
