My family and I are so grateful for the care provided at Heather Knoll. The staff is compassionate, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. They treat residents like family, and it shows in the little details every day. Knowing our loved one is in such capable and kind hands gives us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t ask for a better place!”

Just like you’ll read in this review….you’ll get a lot of apologies and statements about how things shouldn’t be happening that way and it will be addressed. It is all smoke.
