My father in law was at Heatherwood Knolls and had a fantastic experience. It’s no secret that Jim can be a little ornery at times, and he cannot say enough good about his experience there. Staff were kind and knowledgeable, took their time with him despite him being a talker, and cared for him better than I could ask for. I work in the nursing home field, and it’s very rare that I’ll recommend a nursing home to someone, especially family. Heatherwood knolls is by far the best in the area
My grandmother has been at Heather Knoll since about April. I just want to say you couldn't ask for a better place. The nurses are good to my grandmother. They go out of their way to comfort her and make her feel good about herself. They have always answered any questions in a timely manner. They have been a huge help.
