Heather is the 3rd Pelvic PT I’ve seen, and she is the best and most helpful! The other therapists I worked with told me that jaw tension (I also have TMJ) was associated with pelvic floor dysfunction in almost 90% of patients, but only Heather actually worked on my jaw and gave me exercises to help heal it! Every time I left her office I felt noticeable results! The exercises she prescribed are helping and I’m seeing more improvements every month. Heather creates a safe, supportive, caring and healing environment :)
