I would give Heather 6 stars and more if I could! She will take the time to get to know you, assess your body, ask thoughtful questions, and provide great insight on a holistic level on why your body acts the way it does, or how pain and discomfort manifests. I left the session understanding my body and its specific muscle imbalances from head to toe for the first time - nothing that any other treatment providers were able to show me (from physios, GPs, other RMTs, etc.). First time going for massage therapy and I was fortunate enough to get Heather. Absolutely fantastic experience. Her space is set up for putting a person at complete ease. Ultimate relief felt by me by not only her massage but her personality and intutiveness. Very amazing experience.
