My first visit with Dr Greenberg face to face at the office. Dr. Greenberg took her time with me and I did not feel rushed. She went the extra mile to help me with my problems!! Office personnel are very friendly and helpful. They managed to squeeze me in today without an appointment. Thanks Again!!!
as a new patient, f this doctor!!!!! i called to tell them i was going to be 10 minutes late (driving over an hour) because i couldn’t get out of work in time, girl said no problem!!! i got there (12 minutes late by the time i parked and took the elevator up) and apparently the doctor told the front desk that i needed to reschedule because i was over the 10 minutes late (apparently she told them that when i called to say i was going to be late but no one told me!) as a new patient the fact that they couldn’t do anything but ... read more
I went to her 4 years prior and I thought she was very compassionate and understanding. Went to her again on advice of my PCP and my experience was awful. She did not listen, had her mind made up of what my problem was and had no intention of running any further tests or asking about any symptoms beyond the weight. If anyone is looking for weight loss medicine go here. I told her at the very beginning of the appointment I was not looking for weight loss medication.
