Dr. Heather is AMAZING. I've seen her now for a TMJ evaluation as well as for help with knee pain. She not only gives you things to work on in terms of exercises, but she helps you understand how your daily habits and routines may be playing a role in whatever issue you are having. She is thorough and really takes the time to evaluate and understand your individual needs. For personalized, compassionate care - cannot recommend her enough!
I cannot say enough good things about Fern PT! From the warm environment to the amazing ladies that work there! Kid friendly which is huge for busy mommas trying to squeeze in time for themselves! Heather at Fern PT is amazing! I’ve been seeing her on and off for years, first due to back issues and then to help with my c-section recovery and pelvic floor. She’s trauma informed and always compassionate and understanding! I’ve brought my baby and toddler to appointments when I didn’t have childcare and they had a blast playing with her toys!

100% recommend Fern Physical Therapy! When I had my C-section I was having extreme pelvic discomfort during intercourse for 6 months afterwards. I went and saw Heather and after 4 sessions I was totally fixed! Since then I made sure I saw Heather in my third trimester for each of my subsequent pregnancies and postpartum which aided in my two successful VBAC's.
