Heather set up a beautiful table for a private party of 4 for us to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Our menu was prepared ahead of time by Heather with our input, and the seasonal ingredients were so fresh and the menu we desired well executed. She expertly prepared the mise-en-place for our cooking tutorial so that we could really learn from her instruction and ask our questions easily while we put our meal together. A 10/10 experience from start to finish. K
I signed up for the 3 month fresh starter and during our sessions Heather gave very helpful, tailored advice on healthy eating that is sustainable in everyday life as opposed to restrictive diets. She gave encouragement along the way and helped me make meaningful changes.
Heather hosted a corporate cooking class for our employees. She provided seasonal, healthy, and delicious recipes for us to prepare and taught us every step of the way! She even took some time at the end of the class to teach us about knives in the kitchen. She was so knowledgeable and patient, and included information on why she chose certain ingredients. We all truly enjoyed the class and by popular demand, will be hosting another one in a few months! Thank you, Heather!
I love Heather’s knowledgeable and well rounded approach with healthy cooking, nutrition and overall health. I absolutely loved the Indian food cooking class I took virtually and can’t wait to take another class! It was so fun to create a meal that I thought I could never make because it was too complicated. Heather made it easy to purchase the ingredients and I had so much fun! My family loved it too!
