I'm disappointed with this firm's unethical billing practices. I had initially felt optimistic about working with Ms McGann, but was shocked upon reviewing the first invoice. I was charged nearly $1k for a few messages on their portal, and for a one-page letter of representation to be sent to my spouse. I feel a moral obligation to post this review - it hurts me tremendously to write negative feedback, but it hurts even more to be taken advantage of in my time of distress and vulnerability.
