We have recently utilized the services of Heather Bowie and Kristy Partridge at Flare Mortgage Group for the sale of our current home and purchase of a new one. They have provided exceptional service. They guided us step by step through the entire process, were very personable and prompt. We originally approached our bank for bridge financing and they did not come through for us. We couldn’t have done this without Heather and Kristy.
Heather was great during the entire process. When my first deal fell apart she was able to get the lender to hold my rate until I found another house. She even educated me on the pros and cons of a larger down payment. I would definitely recommend her.
