BEWARE! We hired Mr. Heath Baker for my fiance's child support and divorce case. The first phone call we had with Mr. Heather Baker was GREAT. He was very personable and took his time detailing everything out with us. We liked him and asked if he would take on our case. He said, "yes". Mr. Baker and his team assisted me with a restraining order and I could not recommend them enough. I went to a different office at first and was given the run around after paying for their service during a very stressful and scary time. When I called Mr. Baker's office, they immediately squeezed me in for a consultation. From then on, I knew I was in good hands. This individual is the worst. He is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISORGANIZED. The little time he represented me I felt like he was fighting against me & not for me, so much so that I'd hesitate to call him with any questions. It's best to spend a little more money & make sure the job gets done right the first time by someone experienced. Mr. Baker is a waste of money but worst of all wasted my time as well.
You should look into Baker's record as a Police Officer and the allegations in his own divorce. You WILL be shocked.
