I ordered what I thought would be normal wool sweater as that is what the description said Nov 9th. They came in today dec 1st. They were not wool at all had NO tags in them and are printed on what almost looks like a super cheap sweatshirt. Very unhappy with this company!!
Never received item. Filed with BBB and they confirmed the business is not legitimate. These people steal. Don’t bother.
Never received item. Emails with customer service were suspect, WHEN they replied. Possible fake company
Never received item, was sitting in L.A. for the longest time then they turn around & shipped it to New Jersey & someone picked it up at a local post office there. I have a record of emails that I have sent & they have not gotten back to me with a refund or response. I had to file a case with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) & with the postal service.
