Placed order and never received anything. Can’t contact them as I don’t know where to find contact information.
Gabby Centanino is a joke. Sent me a request for interview times, obviously didn't read my response, sent 3 follow up request. Really professional.
Order placed, tracking number received, item never shipped. Has been over two weeks and still no movement in the shipping. Reached out to the company via email and phone, no response. Decided it was time to escalate with PayPal, I received a response from a representative indicating they were too busy filling orders. I requested to cancel the order and refund the money. I was told they will refund when they are ready. I gave them another week and no movement. I then escalated further within the PayPal complaint process.
