Lyle is such an awesome guy! Deserves 5* and more.
Got water stuck in my ear after showering and couldn't hear properly for more than a week. My Doctor advised me to get earwax removal. I called a few places and some of them charge double what I ended up paying. I found Hearway and Lyle was awesome! He gave a nice explanation of the methods he was using to clean and I was out of there in 10 mins. Highly recommended!
Lyle is really nice and patient! I was super nervous while getting my ears cleaned since they were clogged to a point where I couldn’t hear. But, he was gentle and efficient, it didn’t hurt at all. After the appointment, he didn’t charge me either, saying it was on him.
Lyle is an excellent specialist who really cares about his work. After very positive referrals from 2 supervisors I worked with, I didn't expect my experience to exceed those referrals, however it did. Lyle has a very high level of technical expertise, he showed the utmost care, patience and attention for my elderly mom and went above and beyond. He stated to me he wants to build his business on integrity, fairness and good service and that is certainly what we experienced. I highly recommend Lyle !
