When we went for the earwax cleaning, we were welcomed with the owner Lyle, who was extremely welcoming, patient, and kind. He got straight to the procedure and explained it to us in detail to make sure we were comfortable and knew what was happening, and the procedure went really quickly and did not hurt at all. 10/10 amazing clinic, definitely deserves more recognition!
I brought my mom here to get new hearing aids. We were extremely happy with Lyle’s care and understanding, he was very patient and recommended the suitable hearing aids. His pricing was very competitive and overall we are very impressed. He has a beautiful office as well with ample parking. Highly recommended!!
I took both parents here for a hearing test. Lyle (the owner) was very responsive to schedule with. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly, and the clinic was very clean, tidy and new. As part of the examination, he found and removed build up in the ears with drops and water pressure. After administering the tests, he went through the results and patiently answered our questions.
