Awesome. Joe was great. Had a mask on and booties. Even wore gloves. It is tough with COVID to allow people in. The gas furnace works perfectly now. My tenants are nice and warm!
We have a maintenance contract with Hearty HVAC and they keep our two systems in top notch condition throughout the year. The routine maintenance service is incredibly thorough, done by a completely courteous and professional technicians. Other benefits of the contract include priority service calls if needed, product discounts and seasonal inspections of all components. We consider this service as a real bargain.
Hearty HVAC were quick to reply. Jeff, the technician, arrived on the day he said he would when I called. He swiftly resolved the furnace problem, and I was able to pay him before he left. It was a simple and quick procedure. I will absolutely call them for any future HVAC needs. Anyone in need of heating/air conditioning services should contact this company.
