We have stayed in many places in our travels through Australia and NZ and this was by far and away the worst! The whole place gives off weird ex hospital vibes and they need to consider a huge rebrand! First impressions count and the garden was overgrown (almost looks like the place has closed down) and there was a Christmas tree in reception in the middle of January. Thin walls can hear people snoring. Rooms are really tiny and the massage chair takes even more space if you dont want to use it. But it's not all bad. Recommend for short stay only.

To the entitled blonde woman who lives on the first floor (you know who you are). This is a Hotel where people can come and go as they please. We do not have to be careful with how we open and close a door at 9am nobody else was being quiet at any time at this hotel with most noise not stopping until 2 am in the morning. If a door being opened and closed when we were simply packing to leave displeases you in a “hotel”maybe find somewhere else to live.

Cheapest accommodation in the area, the location is unreal & staff are super friendly. The building is slightly run down but everything is so clean, the bed was very comfy, massage chair in the room, tea & coffee provided and the showers were fully stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. If you’re looking for a more luxury place you’ll just need to pay the price in the area.
