The room was nice and everything but my Pop ended up booking for a 1 adult 1 child room with 2 beds. We go in and it's a queen room with just 1 bed. Both me and my pop went downstairs to ask for a new room and the server was just making excuses. Very unprofessional do not recommend

I’ve stayed in weirder places.. There was a huntsman chilling in my room the whole time, and I agree with a previous reviewer that this place has ex-psychiatric hospital vibe. Walls are paper thin! Did require staff assistance at one point and they went above and beyond, so not all bad! But you get what you paid for I guess - was the cheapest option in Katoomba!

This place was really really weird it was like staying in an abandoned psychiatric ward. According to Google it was previously used as a cancer hospice retreat. It was a really unique stay. My only concern was there was only 2 old dinky showers and 2 toilets (the toilet and the shower were connected into one room) So waking up using the toilet proved really difficult as all guests were trying to use either the shower or toilet. 今回は3連泊で利用させて頂きました。 次回にkatoomba に来た時はまた利用したいと思います。 ホテルは大変静かでした。 部屋にTVやラジオはありません。 ホテル内は瞑想室があります。 マッサージ器が食堂横にあり、部屋に設置されてる部屋もあるようです。 サウナがありましたが　使用されてるか不明でした。ジェットバスが数ヶ所あり充実してました(使用方法に記載は無いため、詳しい使用方法は聞いた方が良いです) 中央のトイレはウォシュレットのような便座が付いてましたが、ビデと記載されてました。 その並びにピンクの不思議な椅子？　便器では無さそうな物がありました。 ホテル内にランドリーを設置した方が良いと思いました。
