Heartworks Childrens Studio is a process art and creative space for children , youth and families. We offer a variety of programs throughout the week as well as drop-in hours. Our studio is a inclusive, accessible and non-judgmental space for everyone. We offer additional tools such as noise-cancelling headphones, weighted lap pads, fidget toys and more for neuroivergent children with sensory needs. Every parent needs to visit Heartworks! This has been our favourite place on maternity leave. At first I thought this class was for baby but quickly learned this program was equally beneficial for parents. A nonnegotiable to get out of the house weekly, a space to come as you are, to meet other parents and most importantly a space for baby to build skills. We’re on our fourth season of classes now. My daughter loves going to Heartworks Studio. She has been there for birthday parties and mini camps. It is such a caring, inclusive environment with fantastic staff. The owner is amazing at communicating through email and text updates.
Heartworks Children’s Studio goes above and beyond providing kids with enriching experiences. My 9.5 month old participated in her first Baby Picasso class yesterday and absolutely loved it. The variety of activities and attention to detail blew me away. I now want to go with all of the baby’s and kids I know. Lindsey made me feel welcomed in the studio and ran a wonderful story time. My LO was giggling and grinning ear to ear by the end of her first parachute time. I cannot wait to go back next week.
