no response. Been trying to call them for the past 10 days, left about 5 messages and can never get anyone to talk to. May be they closed down???
Although the massage services were fantastic (had a 1 year membership), when I tried to cancel, I had zero response. I called about 5 times, personally went into the office and emailed to their "info@" email. Every time I was told that the person who could help me was not available. I still (after over a month of trying) have not had confirmation that my membership has been cancelled. Heartworks Body Spa is so ridiculously unprofessional, I booked a myself a spa day for my birthday, about a week in advance, I was very excited for the treatments until the evening before my appointments I get a call saying they have to cancel my massage, very upset I agreed to just have my facial the following afternoon instead.
