Brenda was very friendly and helpful to get my wife and I in for massage back to back on short notice. Excellent experience and service was great. We would definitely come back next time were in the area.

I had seen the same masseuse for over a decade. Having moved, and being over a hundred km's away I had to find someone new. It's really hard to find someone exceptionally good, fairly priced and I can see around my working schedule. Brenda has been doing this for two decades, and after a few questions was working on all my issues. The first time I saw her, my neck was so sore I couldn't even 'shoulder check'. I came to Brenda with a frozen shoulder that other modalities hadn't been able to treat effectively. I'd seen an osteopath several times, but had not been able to gain any additional range of motion from those treatments. Over the course of about 3 hours in total of Brenda's expert application of various strategies (deep massage, cupping, and somatics therapy), she was able to make progress and gain some extra mobility by releasing the trigger points which have built up around my shoulder.
