Had such a great time doing AERIAL YOGA with Lori! She led a group of 9 of us for my bachelorette and made the whole experience fun, welcoming, and super enjoyable. She’s really knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt comfortable, even offering modifications for a pregnant friend in our group so she could fully participate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone or any group looking to try aerial yoga!!
Kaya has the best combination of strong hands and gentle spirit. Highly recommended!
I had a great massage today with Kaya. I was having muscular back pain and felt so much better when I left. Kaya took the time to talk with me to find out exactly what I was looking for. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend them.
