We offer weekly Yoga classes, Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Massage, Reiki, Chakra Balancing and Crystal Energy Work to help relax, balance, restore and rejuvenate the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical bodies. We also have special events, workshops and lectures on a variety of spiritual and health related topics. All linens are laundered with natural, dye free, phosphate free and biodegradable detergent. The studio uses only earth friendly cleaning products. We cater to clients with chemical sensitivities.

I had a great massage today with Kaya. I was having muscular back pain and felt so much better when I left. Kaya took the time to talk with me to find out exactly what I was looking for. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend them.
Visited here for the second time. Had Kaya at my most recent visit. They were amazing. Love the atmosphere and all the staff. Highly recommend
90 min deep tissue massage with Kaya was A+++++++. She has an excellent understanding of body mechanics. I left feeling heavenly.
