I absolutely loved my breath work session with Heather. She is highly intuitive and skilled. Her services are incredibly valuable and highly recommended. She helped me to somatically release trauma and close a 19 year cycle of my life with ease and grace. She is incredible at holding space and a gifted healer. Thank you Heather. If you are looking for a breath work facilitator or reiki healer she is the best. 10/10 recommend.
