Terrible Management and Unsafe Workplace I worked at Heartsworth House for about two months and consistently completed my duties on time while taking good care of the residents. The residents and most of the staff who worked directly with me were wonderful — they were the best part of the job. Unfortunately, the management and maintenance department made it a very poor work environment.
