I went to hearts matter because I was referred by my new employer to obtain my BLS, I am a Registered Nurse so I was very familiar with BLS already however my instructor was Johnikin and she was wonderful. She educated me and you could tell she was very passionate about teaching us high quality CPR. The facility was very neat and clean. I went here to get my first BLS certification, and I will be back when it's time to renew it! My instructor was amazing and made sure she explained everything to me, and was very helpful throughout the class.
I have attended at least 2 BLS classes during my time as an Occupational Therapy student, but have never walked away as confident and educated as I did with Dr. Micean as an instructor. The class was succinct, and Dr. Micean explained the “Why” behind the CPR concepts. She also was well informed of the recent updates for best evidence based practices. My feelings in one word? Impressed.
Instructor was knowledgeable and welcoming. I would recommend and will return for recertification.
