My ACLS & BLS instructor was Dr. Micean Johnikin. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient & had an exquisite ability to deconstruct complex concepts to vignettes easy to understand & remember. Furthermore, the training environment was comfortable & easy to access. This was one of the best courses I attended; highly recommend without any reservations.
The online portion of the course was super easy to follow along with and very clear. The in-person course was very informative as well and the instructor was friendly and very clear in her instructions. I feel confident I can give CPR, use an AED, and apply first aid.
