My wife Geri and I moved my 98 year old father in law Louie to Hearts at Millwood in February because his health was declining. He needed more individualized care than he was getting at a larger facility. He passed away last week and we cannot say enough about the wonderful care he got at the end of his life. Eli, Anna and staff were skilled and caring and met his every need. Communication with family was also excellent. We will always be grateful he spent his last months at Hearts at Millwood.
Great service! Very clean facility and very nice and friendly admin and staff!
The workers there are not only professionals, but they are very caring to the patients. I have witnessed first hand how kindly they treat their patients. They have a fine group of caregivers and they will take good care of your loved ones.
My husband was so beautifully cared for at Hearts@Millwood that I can’t recommend it highly enough. He became part of the family, was watched over, nursed and loved. The staff was a gift, a true gift.
We have a patient in this care home. I want to say I am very impressed with how clean the staff keep it. Each patient has a private entrance wich is very convenient for covid protocol. As well as the owner living in the home. Definitely will recommend this carehome to others family.
