I have been trying to get in contact with this practice,the only in a 20 mile radius, for 3 YEARS! They rarely ever answer the phone, and don’t respond to email. I’ve submitted several eval packets, some will move through the process and then they just stop responding. We’ve never been seen, they refused to schedule an appointment and I’m very frustrated. My son’s team keeps referring me to them, there are no other options and they truly don’t care.

This school is by far the worst let’s start with the employees no professionalism no uniforms can’t tell whether it’s an employee , parent or anything . My son therapist was changed over 3 times within a year . They try to talk about attendance but the staff walks in at 8 and the session starts at 8 . Poor management and high turnover rate so many employees in and out this facility new teachers in and out weekly . Where do I start first off they don’t dress like they are professionals, 2nd of all they are very unprofessional with keeping u update with certain concerns that need immediate attention, teachers cancel your session the day before and send email the day before your child session, if a teacher cancel your session they never connect u with a sub even if the teacher will be gone 2 weeks, and lastly I feel that my grand child have not made any progress since he have been there…please don’t waste your time , take your child to a... read more

My son was assaulted there. He was 2 years old. They handed him over to me with bruises on his arms. The abuse was so severe that the bruises were very severe. Here are some photos! I do not recommend this place to any other child.

I’ve been on the wait list for over a year and a half. I have not yet been updated with anything. I have called multiple times throughout the year and have been lead with the same “story”. It’s very uncomfortable because this establishment has ALL of my child’s information on file including his ss….. if you guys weren’t accepting any kids, why continue to waste people’s time? Very unprofessional and irresponsible of you guys.
