HeartnSoul is such a warm, inviting environment- I felt welcome from the minute I stepped inside. All of the classes have been phenomenal and very helpful in my healing process. Also, I appreciate the instructors’ flexibility and willingness to continue teaching classes on Zoom during this time of social isolation.
