As others have said. Don't spend your money with them. No call back, no email no nothing
They were great at first but then vanished! Keep taking $25 per month but do not answer calls or emails. Currently seeking civil suit against them.
Awful customer service! I have been waiting for a resolution on a letter that I received from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 5 weeks. They don’t answer emails. I tried calling them today, and the guy hung up on me! What?!
