Very impressed with Heartland Payment Systems. I was secure with my previous processor until they decided to deactivate my account with no warning due to an error on their part. Sarah picked up the slack and had me back in operation in a very short time. Since they, as I am new to their system, I have had a few opportunities to contact Sarah directly or to use the HPS help line. In all cases the response was quick and accurate.
