Think twice before you go with this company. We have been with them for a year, and they have been sneaking in "logistic", "service", and "technological" fees. EVEN, though we signed no contract in February or 2023, they attempted to persuade me that we had "signed a contract", when in fact we have those documents on hands stating we did not. The most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had they keep charging you fees that you don’t even realize exist for Nothing!! and then you find out later they have charged you $4000 in fees over a period of 4 years that you were unaware of !! This company Heartland are Heartless they are Crooks !! They will steal from every small business they can convince to switch to using them!!!
Did not get pay check with bills to be paid in bill pay..no answer from company
No professionalism with this company, my company made a switch to another payroll company for financial reasons and provided Heartland with a nice letter letting them know we were going in another direction starting for the fourth quarter of 2023. Heartland decided not to file our third quarter even thou we paid them to this point, I had to have my new company file our 3rd quarter for us. They used to be good used them almost 10 years and they started to be like all the other scammer. Say something verbally and does something different. they really disappointed me. I refer so many clients and now i am just going to tell them what they did.
