RecommendedI usually don't go to pawn shops but I did today. I don't remember the guy's name that helped me but he had dread locks. Super nice guy,very respectful and easy to deal with. I'll definitely be back when i'm looking for another guitar. Very pleased with my experience.
It was my first time In there and it was amazing.... not only is it a smaller store but their crew is really friendly and willing to help out..... and come to find out you can even pay your bill online and you can shop on their website if you want. It was just a really awesome experience to go in there and I really appreciate all that they had did for me.
I have never been in a pawn shop, but if I ever do, this is the place I will go. Today my granddaughter was in an abusive domestic situation and was put out of the car without a cell phone near Heartland Pawn. Not only did they let her use the phone they also let her stay in the store until I could get there to pick her. The kind gentleman gave her a cold drink and walked her to the car when I arrived. He will never know how much this is appreciated. Thank you! Your kindness will never be forgotten.
