I had such a positive experience with Virtual Hearing on North Ballas. She was so helpful in helping me set up my hearing aids. I would recommend Virtual Hearing especially new patients and patients who have been unhappy with prior experience. You will get the best help here
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Leah, my provider, is very helpful and knowledgable. She is always very friendly and accomodating. I am blind and require some extra help and she ahs always been more than willing to assist. My interaction with everyone here has been very pleasant. They offer appointment reminders via text and email! Overall the service here is supportive and great.
