I wasn’t sure what to expect; but the process was easy, the instructions were precise and I felt comfortable the whole time. Not sure if hearing the world as it now is is the best thing right now, but there ya have it. I recommend Vertical Hearing if you need to own up to your hearing loss.
Leia was patient and very thorough in explaining the features of my new hearing aid. The office called the next day to schedule a follow up. Great experience so far !
