They do not care for their patients as they should, our needs were not met as they should have been, poor management. No one should feel uncomfortable about their loved one in a facility. You need a whole new staff starting with management.
They stole a patient's wheelchair. The administrator refused to return my calls regarding the chair. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Take your family members somewhere else.
Their physical therapy department is a 5 . The rest of the place rates a 1.the staff neglects the residents needs such as water. They get to things hours after asked if at all
Very poor service From all staff members. Nurse forget to follow up with her patient ex: your pain medication, your blood sugar,and so on. CENA don't change your bed unless you literally chase them down... I was admitted here on 9/29/17 and only have 3 showers 🚿, each shift blame the other. Housekeeping... my room and rest-room only been swept and clean 3 times. The food has a terrible menu set-up your food runs together on your plate. Bug 🐜 comes in on your food tray!!! After a two month illness my step mom was sent there for rehab and IV nutrition. The physician there ignored her symptoms of a bowel obstruction, even though family members pointed out multiple symptoms, until she was in acute distress and needed emergency intervention. Thankfully after 5 days in the SICU at St John and 5 more on step down she's actually rehabilitating at home. If you live your family member please do not send them to heartland.
