I received prompt and friendly service having a rock chip in my windshield fixed the same day I called.
Terrible customer service. I called on November 25th, 2024, and was told they would get someone out to take a look. Called again on January 8th, 2025, was told they would send someone out again. Then I received a call that they would come on February 10th (yesterday) around 11am to to inspect my window- I waited the day, arranged my work meetings around that time, nobody showed up.. not even a phone call. They act like I live an hour away, it's 20 minutes! Definitely going to be taking my business elsewhere, a simple window ... read more
