I hate how poorly my BK in Momence is operated. there are times they won't take cash unless it's exact change, today I got my Coke with a shake collar instead of a lid, no straw either, always some excuse why things are weird, Young man said they were out of lids for that size cup, I accepted but a normal BK would of just up graded to size cup they do have lids for also, pulling cars to beat the drive through timer, and orders still cold, today they weren't as rude as normal but didn't apologize for no lids, phu had to be do... read more
