Friendly manager and staff in the shop. Truck was supposed to be ready but problems were discovered and delayed my departure but they took good care of me while I waited.
This terminal is by far the best I've been to. I know it's newly remodeled, but it was very clean and organized. I like the setup inside and out. The mechanics are always pleasant and helpful, too. It's still one of my favorites, but I have now been to Mt. Juliet, TN., and it definitely takes the win for me.
