Today was the first time taking the heartland express. Use it to take my mother to the clinic. Jim was a very pleasant driver and my experience was a 5 star rating!
Park Rapids is a Great place to live.
Terrible service. This morning around 8:30am, I spoke with a lady to reserve a ride at 3:45pm to a local restaurant. I scheduled a return trip at 6:00pm. She asked for my name, address and phone number. At 3:49pm, there was no sign of the driver. The dispatch office closes at 4:00pm so I called to find out the status. The women that answers the phone for rides in Park Rapids is very impatient and has a rude tone. I dont enjoy calling the bus because she makes me feel like I'm less than her. I believe her name was judy
