My husband and I do our banking here. We've always had a good experience at the Verona location. Employees are friendly and helpful, but there can be a long wait if you show up at a busy time. My one criticism is that their atm is the slowest atm I've ever seen in my life. Trying to use it in the winter you might freeze to death before you get your cash.
They used to be great but since Covid they have used that as an excuse to lessen customer service, hours and availability. You can only go to the Verona location during working hours and they are not even open on Saturday anymore. We are allowing liquidating our funds and going to a bank that offers hours outside the normal working hours and customer service.
Few years back I gave them a 5 star review and their customer service and loans team was great and above expectations the first 5-7 years I banked with them and I told my whole family, good friend and co works looking at loans to check them out. Over the last 3 years there hours have been shortened, the loans team seem to all be in one location but primarily what made me change my review is I tried calling the Verona office today which you can not call directly from the numbers listed online anymore I had to call a primary n... read more
