The best financial services in town. When I moved here 9 years ago, I opened an account for convenience. I stay for the excellent customer service.
Failed to put in auto withdraw for auto loan, never tried contacting, almost got repo’d and had to pay 3 months to stop repo. Was making weekly payments, the kept giving me late fee’s for no reason, failed to fix issue. I’ve banked there 5yrs, the last two have been horrible. No one cares there. Be prepared to have the ball dropped a lot.
I'm a shared branch customer and my bank is in jacksonville Florida and everytime I go to this branch in Dodgeville their computers (for only shared branch transactions) are down and I can't do any kind of transaction so I have to drive to platteville which is great because gas is cheap. So this time I try to call before I go so I don't waste precious time and gas and I call 5 times within 20 minutes and no answer. Either my timing is impeccable or this bank just doesn't have its stuff together.
I use this bank to do transactions as a "shared branch". My Credit Union is in Appleton. Anyway, I did not like that someone gave this bank 3 stars just because they do not have lobby hours. That' ridiculous! So I'm giving them 5 stars to help raise their rating. Come on lady!
