I was locked out of using my debit card many times because I lived out of state. Their overdraft policies made my account get closed even though they made over a thousand dollars on me paying those fees over the years.
Great service and very helpful staff. I've used big name banking institutions in the past and always had negative experiences. HCU has been great over the last 7 years.
I’ve banked at HCU for 17 years and while I have other banks also none are as friendly and helpful as Heartland.
